Davide Cimolai chases two dreams in the Giro d’Italia 2021:
– A stage win;
– The ciclamino jersey.
He is still in the mix for both and today is an essential stage in order to fulfil his dreams.
“The best way to win the ciclamino jersey is by winning a stage”, Davide Cimolai knows. “That results in the most points for the sprint classification.”
“Sunday’s stage is particularly a goal, as it finishes in my home region”, he says. “I will be chasing my two dreams Sunday: winning a stage, and hopefully wearing the ciclamino jersey.”
